Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2025. These terms govern use of Seedex (“we”, “the service”) at seedex.ai and related properties. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Seedex provides AI-assisted tools (including optional text, image, and audio features), account features, and credits or subscriptions as described on our pricing page. Features rely on third-party AI and infrastructure providers; output quality and availability are not guaranteed.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account and associated personal data we store via the Account & data page where available.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, to generate illegal or highly harmful content, to attempt to bypass quotas or security, or to overload or abuse the platform. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (e.g. Stripe). Renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the options shown at checkout and in your billing portal. Taxes may apply.

5. Intellectual property

The service, branding, and software are ours or our licensors’. You retain rights to inputs you provide; you are responsible for having the rights to use those inputs. Rights in generated outputs may be subject to third-party provider terms (e.g. OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs); review their policies for commercial use.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
