Last updated: March 2025. This policy describes how Seedex (“we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use seedex.ai and related services.

1. Information we collect

Account data: email, name, profile image (if you use OAuth), and authentication information you provide.
Usage content: prompts, scripts, and files you submit to AI features may be sent to third-party model providers to generate results.
Stored creations: where you use features that save history, we may store generated media (e.g. images or audio) and related settings in our database so you can retrieve them.
Technical data: IP address, device/browser identifiers, and cookies or similar technologies for sessions, security, and basic analytics.
Billing: payment is handled by our processor (e.g. Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How we use information

To provide and improve the service, authenticate users, enforce limits and security, comply with law, and communicate about the product or your account.

3. Subprocessors

We use infrastructure and AI vendors (for example cloud hosting, OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs) to operate the service. Their processing is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain data as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data we control via Account & data. Some information may remain in backups for a limited period.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our providers operate.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Children

The service is not directed at children under 16 (or the age required in your jurisdiction).
